The property itself has three houses on it. One next door which I also own and is identical to this one. It currently has tenants in it. A lovely woman named Emma who is in her 30's owns a local cafe and Matt who is also in his 30's and is a Junior psychologist. Both excellent neighbours.
The front house is a very old run down villa that has a group of 20 yr old's in it that are never home, they are professional rugby players and are barely around. It's a fairly quiet property.
I will accept cats only. no dogs.
Suitable for a young family or couple/single. But no more than 3 people ideally.
It comes fully furnished and this is non negotiable, welcome to add your things or swap around.
Its extremely warm, I've just had new insulation put in it, and winter is a dream because of it being a lockwood style it holds the heat very well. I've done some renovations recently with a spruce of the bathroom, new shower head, toilet, basin and floors.
