We currently have an amazing 'tenant' living in the fully self-contained guest suite with its own external access. She would be very keen to stay on, and this could seriously subsidise the rent. If you only need 3 rooms (2 are very large and contain queen/king beds and work areas) then please indicate this preference to us. We could potentially discount the rent for the house (3 bedrooms) excluding the separate own entrance guest wing.
