The house is a 4 bedrooms and we want to rent out our basement unit and it has an independent access.

Or a bus ride to Smales Farm Bus Interchange / Milford Shopping Center.
Bus ride to CBD is about 20-25 minutes.

The flat is semi-furnished.

Sofa, Tv console, Fridge.
Broadband Internet, Fridge, Washing machine, Clothes drier.

We ask for 2 weeks bond, 1 week in advance and 2 references.

Preferably single female professional or student.
For a couple, the rent will be $350.
Rent includes power, water and broad band.
If you use heat pump / heater, there will be a surcharge for power bill.
