A rural retreat in the beautiful Paradise Valley only 15 minutes from the city centre. This 3 bedroom home (plus office) is a quiet place to work from home or switch off after a busy day. The deck is ready for the summer BBQs but when winter rolls back around, there's a fire and heating transfer system throws out the heat.

The house is fully furnished and RENT INCLUDES mowing of large lawns, gardens, electricity, wifi (1tB)) and gas bottles for hot water.

* You will need to provide your own linen, duvets/blankets, pillows and towels. There is a fire stick available but you will need to provide your own TV/streaming accounts.

There is a couple staying in a seperate one bedroom unit on the property who will take care of the gardens and lawns.
