This cottage is a sublet from (us) the tenants in the main house next door, however the area is separated by hedges and private from the main house and we are really cool landlords who will leave you to it! There is a paddock right next to the cottage which at times might have a horse or two grazing, or a few sheep from time to time.

Suitable tenants would be a working young couple. Must be easy-going and ok with cats and are looking for long term. This cottage does come with one fluffy 15 year old Birman cat... she prefers the cottage than our house and has been staying here with tenants for the last 9 years! We provide all her food/bills. She just comes and goes when she likes and may even give you cuddles! This means no pets allowed as she doesn't do well with other cats/dogs.

Property comes with no whiteware, but a possible fridge - just checking our spare fits!

*Please note - there is quite bad water damage to the wooden floors under fridge/dishwasher area from a tap that had leaked. This is in the process of getting repaired.
