The bedrooms (and bathrooms) are on different sides of the house so you can keep your privacy and it's optimised for the view from the lounge. It's got an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which leads out onto the deck. There is aircon here too so you can keep toasty warm or super chilled! There is a little built in desk so you are WFH ready.

The deck receives the morning sun and is a lovely way to start the day, and then there is some good shade in the evening when it is getting too hot!!

Downstairs is the internal access garage for two cars, and some good storage. There is another off street park and a garden shed for all your bits and bobs.

The perfect tenants are probably a couple, two flatmates or a couple or solo parent with a child. Our last tenants were there for over 4 years (and left as they've bought their own house out of Auckland).
