In the thick of Hawke's Bay's wine country, Clive is two minutes down the road and has a hotel, petrol station, restaurant, Four Square, bottle store and bakery as well as other shops.

Please note that the yard is only fenced around three sides, but fairly safe for children. Both bedrooms have double beds and include wardrobe and sets of drawers. The house is fully insulated and has thermal drapes curtains on all windows.

This house comes fully furnished as it is a long term holiday rental. It would suit people needing a short term rental place while searching for a house to buy. House will need to be vacated by mid December.
