The property is peaceful, secure, and fully fenced with a lockable gate. It is close to public transport, including bus routes and Mt Albert Train Station. While there is no off-street parking available, ample on-street parking is provided.

We are seeking a tidy, quiet, and easygoing single professional or international student. Smokers are welcome. A 2-week bond is required and will be lodged with tenancy services.
