SHORT TERM RENTAL -

We are renting our home for 6 months until the end of October (dates are flexible). It is currently available to move in.

2 double bedrooms upstairs with double wardrobes. 1 further bedroom upstairs with single wardrobe (which is the easiest access to the backyard). 1 office/room downstairs that has been used as an office but can fit a double bed and nightstands (and has small wardrobe).

The bathroom has a separate toilet. Large kitchen and lounge with beautiful views. There is also the bonus of a rumpus room downstairs which has been used as a gym.

Single garage has internal access to the house and the backyard is fully fenced.

It is not currently furnished, it only has a fridge and stove (and can provide a washing machine). The home is insulated, including underfloor, and has a heat pump.

Pets allowed but please provide detailed information on any pets you have. No smokers.

3 weeks bond, and 2 weeks rent in advance.
