The apartment is perfectly located on sunny Mount Vic, just off Marjoribanks street. Five minutes walk will find you in the town belt or on Courtney Place. Theatre, movie theatres, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars are just minutes away, along with supermarkets and everything else you need. The apartment comes with a carpark, though you are so close to town you will hardly even need to use your car!

We are privately renting out the apartment, with no property manager or corporate landlord. As renters ourselves, we are committed to being responsive, friendly and fair landlords.
