3) Separate Toilet and handwashing basin room in the wing of the house where bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 located.
4) Separate toilet in laundry room.

Weekly rate:
$980 + utilities (power, water, gas and internet) for a 6 to 8 month stay

Shorter stays (3 months minimum may be considered - weekly rate $1,050 + utilities (power, water, gas and internet) for a 3 to 6 months stay
