Our lovely house is available for rent and we are looking for some long term tenants to fill it ( 12 months +). The house is smart, private and well decorated. It is very warm with good insulation; a gas fire in the open plan kitchen / dining / living room and panel heaters elsewhere. The ensuite bathroom has underfloor heating and a bath. There are three double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. From the panoramic windows there's a fantastic view over the lake and mountains.

There is a patio around two sides of the house and a deck to enjoy the outdoors. There is off street parking for two cars, one under a carport. A secure storage area is located underneath the house for bikes, etc. The house is at the lower end of Fernhill, so it's very close to town and an easy scenic walk. Alternatively, there is a handy bus stop just across the road. Pets would be OK but the garden is not fenced. The house is furnished.

Please note, the house has been decorated, had new carpets throughout, and some furnishings and appliances updated since some of the images were taken.
