The Annexe
Is a quiet and spacious furnished two bedroom flat. It has a lounge with views, a full bathroom with bath and shower, and a simple kitchenette. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one a Queen and the other a King single. The property is a house and The Annexe is one half of it. It is private from the rest of the house with its own entrance off a common porch. The rent is based on two people and is negotiable for one depending on length of stay.

The Cottage
Is a sunny, private furnished one bedroom, self-contained cottage with its own entrance and deck. It can be let together with the Annexe or separately. This has been let for $ 380 for one and $410 for two in the past.

The property is a short walk to the beach and QE2 Park with numerous walking and cycling paths close-by. It is only 15 mins walk to the station and 20 mins to the village with its three excellent cafes. It is 40 minutes drive to Wellington City or 50 Minutes by train - an ideal spot to enjoy all that Paekākāriki has to offer.

As fully furnished, the property can suit shorter term stays - digital nomads, work from home, on contract or between homes. Rent includes wifi, reasonable use of water and rubbish. Power is separate and paid monthly. The rent does not include linen, cutlery and crockery etc, but this can be included by negotiation, along with cleaning. There is a shared washing machine available.

Its a nice place to relax and enjoy village life after a day in the city. The house owner lives on the property and is a vegetarian, yoga teacher and meditator, so quiet, tidy folk who enjoy a balanced lifestyle are ideal - possibly professionals who enjoy the outdoors. There are cats on the property so its not suitable for other animals.
