The house is 3 years old. The house was built with 140mm external framing which allows for insulation well above the minimum requirements. Large double glassed gas filled windows are thruoughout the house with the living areas facing the afternoon and late sun. These windows overlook the reserve that can be accessed through the garden and the back fence gate. The 2 large bedrooms easily fit king size beds and have built in wallrobes that run the length of wall. The garage although classed as a double would only suit one large vehicle or 2 smaller ones.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom with a separate laundry. Cats allowed no dogs.
