The home is across from a bus stop and a few minutes walk from convenience stores and ethnic take-aways. There is a lovely gully nearby for walks and a small beach by the river for swims. And only 5 minutes drive to city centre, near hospital.

Prefer someone who enjoys a simple, quiet life and doesn't drink alcohol or play loud music and definitely no smokers. Couples possibly. Pets are negotiable. The flat is furnished with a single bed and two chairs but if a couple moves in, it could fit a double bed (not supplied).

There is a friendly puppy on the property kept at the back. You pay your own electricity and gas.
