My partner and I are looking for a couple or 2 singles to assign to our lease. Rent is $212.50 a week per person plus bills. The bond will be $637.50 per person plus one week's rent in advance. There is one couple living there still and the lease ends on July 8 2023 with the option of renewal. Please note the landlord doesn't want to give the address away so I have listed it as 162, the property is within walking distance of this address)

The house is located near Marsden village (Karori), a minute's walk from bus stops going both directions and the shops, it is also located next to a bunch of schools!. The house has 1 garaged car park and plenty of off-street parking. There is a fenced-in and private back lawn that is spacious and gets lots of sun, perfect for BBQs and hanging out, or for someone who likes to have a small veggie/flower garden.

The house has 4 bedrooms (one is occupied), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and lounge, and plenty of storage. Since we are already moved out we would like someone to take over the lease ASAP - but open to suggestions for the right people.
