We’re looking to sublet our 8 person flat over the summer. From December 1st until early February - with no option for renewal.

The available flat is newly renovated and fully furnished, all rooms include a double bed, desk and cupboard space. There are 6 bedrooms inside the house and 2 outhouses just beside the house itself. The house is equipped with a TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, oven, whiteware and two bathrooms. Rent is $200 a week per room including expenses, plus a $1k bond each prior to move in. We are willing to sublet rooms separately if you do not have an established group to fill the 8 rooms.
