Our fully furnished seaside holiday home on the scenic south coast (and bus route), bathes in sunshine alongside the very picturesque Lyall Bay beach. The City Centre and Hospital are close, with shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants and bars all at walking distance. From the more rustic upper landing you can enjoy wow factor views across the entire beach and beyond to Wellington Airport.

We offer guests a minimum one month to 3 months stay. Our weekly rate of NZ$1,250.00 includes power and gas capped at $200.00 per month, Extra Fast WIFI, all linen, firewood in winter and all garden maintenance. Our cleaning fee is $250.00 on exit.

The property features a large lounge/diner, two double bedrooms and one bathroom, a well stocked kitchen including all mod cons, with double glazing throughout. The spacious deck overlooking the water with great indoor/outdoor flow offers the perfect place for outdoor relaxing and dining. The washing machine and dryer reside in the basement with an additional small secure storage room on the lower level for your convenience.
