The apartment is on the top floor of the building. Parking is on the street, but you can very easily walk to town and the Saturday markets. We have lovely quiet tenants in the building who mostly work and we need to find a respectful and considerate tenant for this apartment and who fits in. The owner lives onsite.
There is no smoking or vaping on the entire property. This is a periodic tenancy and available immediately. Must have references and ok with credit checks. 4 weeks bond with one week rent in advance.
