This house is in very tidy condition. The kitchen and the bathroom were renovated. The lounge has an aircon.

There are three bedrooms.

The bathroom and toilet are separate. 

Fridge, washing machine, one queen sized bed, one single bed and a couch are here, they can stay if you want them. Any one you don't need will be removed. 

There is on property parking for two cars. 

This is a house at the front. A separate home is at the back, it's not included, you surely have good neighbours there. 

There is a playground next to this home and park behind it. It's in a very convenient location, supermarket and many shops and facilities are within a short walking distance including schools.
