Previously tenanted for the last 18 months by our neice who has recently graduated as a police officer and is moving to a large house sharing with her brother and other police officers.

3 weeks rent as bond ($810) and 1 weeks rent in advance (bond will be lodged with tenancy services). Power and water are not included in the $270 but are paid with the rent as $40/week for power and $10/week for water making the weekly payment $320 in advance.
