Our villa is cosy, comfy and clean. It has four very good size bedrooms with master bedroom having a walk in wardrobe and ensuite . The dining area and living area are a great size and close to outdoor verandah. There is a flat screen television, heat pump and extra heaters for bedrooms if required. Washing Machine, dryer and fridge are included in the chattels.
The neighbourhood is fantastic in that it is in close proximity to Eden Park, Morningside Precinct, Westfield St Lukes, Mt Eden, Dominion ride and a ten minute drive to Ponsonby and downtown Auckland. It is on a couple of main bus and train routes. We are happy to have short term rentals eg one month , three months, six months or a year.
