PLEASE NOTE:
Shared space - ground floor is shared space from Monday - Saturday from 8am until 7pm with acupuncture office.
You'll share ground floor with acupuncture stuff (1 person) and client (1 client).
Acupuncture office is the only room that you won't be able to use and also ground floor toilet which is secured for acupuncture stuff from Mon- Sat.
They have their own entrance and you'll have your own keys and entrance.

House is very clean, new, warm with heat pump and additional electric heaters if needed.
We'll provide bedside tables for each bedroom.
Weekly rent is $200 per room (power and WIFI included). We are happy to offer a discount for a right candidates.
Free street parking and secured 2 car spaces behind the house.

Kitchen is modern and fully equipped (new oven, new dishwasher, new microwave, kettle, fridge etc.)
Laundry - washing machine and a dryer available.
There is a storage space for each tenant - ground floor.
CLEANING - we have our own cleaners who are vacuuming, dusting and cleaning the house (once per month).
