Both bedrooms are doubles, with built-in wardrobes and a spacious bathroom. The lounge is a good size, and has had a heat pump installed to comply with healthy homes legislation. Likewise the bathroom and kitchen have extraction systems. The house is co-joined to another, though being solid masonry construction (even the internal walls:) there is zero noise transfer and it is exceptionally warm in winter, yet cool in summer. The tiled courtyard is covered and is equally ideal for both summer and winter use. Located just a short distance to the Lunn Ave entertainment precinct and Ellerslie, and with the main bus route outside, this unit is clean, functional and modern; so come for a look, l know you'll love it! :) NB Smoking strictly outside, thanks. ONE cat MAY be considered :) This unit is NOT suitable for dogs sorry.
