We are looking for careful tenants for our home in Ngahinapouri for a minimum period of 6 months; unfurnished $550.00 per week or fully furnished $650.00.

Architecturally designed home on one acre of ornamental gardens. We will leave a good supply of firewood for the wood burner to keep you toasty and warm all winter. Gas hot water and hob. Our house is well insulated with double glazing throughout, the interior has been repainted, mostly carpet and cork floors in kitchen and dining area, large open plan kitchen and dining with separate lounge. There is also a cosy covered outdoor area with open fireplace for entertaining.

We have installed a security system (Arlo) connected to the web and mobile phones. Smoke alarms have been installed in all rooms and access ways.

There is plenty of uncovered parking on the property. No gardening is necessary but if you’re keen to pull some weeds or do the lawns, we won’t stop you!

Sub-letting any of the rooms is strictly prohibited.
