Covered porch and private outdoor space, laundry facilities available to be accessed in the adjacent garage.

This cottage is located on our quiet rural property within close proximity to our house so looking for quiet respectful tenants who are trustworthy and house proud, would probably best suit someone looking for a shorter term rental maybe 3-6months, open to options.

Rental includes monthly power and water use but tenants would need to organise their own phone and/or internet connection.
