This is a two bedroom place with a 100+ yr old kauri studio adjacent.
The main living accommodation consists of a 8m by 4m (approx) downstairs kitchen/dining/living with two ranch sliders out to a courtyard to the north. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the small one accessed through the larger (photos show them before painting!!). The windows are double glazed with views into bush. The bathroom/toilet is out the back door of the kitchen/dining area and the laundry and significant storage area beyond that. The south end of the building consists of parking for two cars and an area which we are using atm to store a few bales of hay. This is a farm so dogs are not welcome as, in the spring, there are newborn lambs in the near paddock.

The studio is a small (3m square approx) building with power and internet and a small deck on the north side.

The garden is sloping slightly into the bush, with plenty of room for a chicken coop, kids' pool/ swing or whatever.

The local primary school is Waitakere Primary, secondary school is Massey High.

New tenants must be happy to live on an operating farm and be prepared to share the rear of the garage/barn with a few bales of hay!!
