This is a short-term (3 months) rental, starting late May, 2024. Dates and arrangements are open for negotiation at present, though that is likely to change as we get closer. Fully furnished and equipped.

The stylish unit has a main bedroom with queen-sized bed, large wardrobe and ranch-slider to a sunny private courtyard. The second bedroom has a king-single bed and/or a desk, plus a large set of shelves. Fully equipped recently-renovated kitchen and bathroom and two toilets. Good heat pump and insulated. Gas stovetop and water.

The large private deck is set in an organic garden, with herbs and vegetables for your use and a goldfish pond for your amusement. Parking and turning for two cars - room for more if backed out. Centrally located on main road and bus route, close to motorways and handy to the city and shops. Parks and beaches in all directions.

Not fully wheelchair accessible as low ramps would be required for getting in and out of exterior doors and the shower is definitely not. Pets are negotiable. Fully fenced except the driveway.

Rent does not include power, gas and water.

Owner's personal effects will be removed and more precious furniture items replaced.
