The modern decor 90sqm house was converted from a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom into a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom/1 ensuite with large walk-in wardrobe - and the 2nd bedroom has 4 in-built bunks.

It is currently fully furnished with essentially EVERYTHING - washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery, glassware, linen/pillows, beds, drawers, tv's, dining table & chairs, couch, heaters - really, pretty much everything. If you would like some/all of it included as a furnished/partially furnished I'm open to that. If you want it all gone, we can do that too.

On the State Highway with some post and rail fencing but not 100% secure for pets/small children. (They are welcome, but responsibility for safety will be entirely yours.) Would ideally suit mature couple (which would give you a spare room) and the older main bathroom likely used much less than the more modern ensuite.

Price is indicative depending on what you do/don't need left on site/included in the rental agreement. Tenant will need to organise wifi. 2 x gas bottles for hot water (filling + annual rental at tenant cost). Split/proportional share of electricity & water bills (with landlord in separate minor dwelling onsite).

Respect of privacy an absolute must. (Have chosen to live in this location for the peace and quiet.) References a must. Single garage can be included if required. Large rural grounds/lawn, so will include the grass being mown as part of the rent.
