The space is fully self contained with your own access, comes with 1 bedroom, your own bathroom, and really large and sunny living room with extra storage.

House is fully furnished, comes with fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Rent: $420 including unlimited broadband, water and power (fair use)

Move in cost: First week rent in advance & 4 week rent as a bond.

The house is only 10 to 15 mins walk from Takapuna beach, 2 minutes walk to bus stops.

No pets allowed unfortunately. On street park in a really quite neighborhood.
