Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished house available for rent for a fixed 6 month period, 10 April to 11 October 2023. We are looking for the right people to look after our home and to enjoy living here as much as we do.

Situated on a sunny and quiet family friendly cul-de-sac in Northcote, our home has extensive bush and city views. The convenient location is a short walk to main city-bound or northern bus routes and close to both Northcote Road and Onewa Road motorway on-ramps. Close by to all the great cafes and bars in Northcote and Birkenhead Points. In zone and walking distance to highly regarded schools including Northcote Primary, Northcote Intermediate, and Northcote College. The local Northcote shopping centre which has a supermarket, library and eateries is just around the corner.

Our home has open plan living, with the lounge, dining and kitchen areas opening out at front and back through French doors onto decking areas, allowing enjoyment of the views, sunshine or outdoor seating at any time of the day. Two large double bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the main level, with a further double bedroom and en-suite downstairs and a laundry. The property has a single garage, separate covered carport and off-street driveway parking, as well as unrestricted street parking.

Because we will be returning after 6 months, our preference is to rent the property furnished, however we are willing to consider requests for unfurnished. We would prefer no pets, but will consider on a case by case basis (no cats sorry due to allergies).

The period of rental is from 10th April (Easter Monday) to 10th October 2023 and the rent is $840 per week, excluding bills. Two weeks’ rent required upfront to secure the agreement and 4 weeks rent as bond.
