Our fully furnished, self contained 'granny flat' has proved to be an ideal base for those seeking temporary accommodation for between one and three months.
This is sometimes extendable up to six to twelve months.
The rent is $700 a week for each of the first four weeks, then it drops to $650 a week for the next four weeks and $600 a week after that.

This is non smoking, non vaping property. Please do not try to rent our property if any of your family smokes or vapes.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property at any time by anybody.
The property is ideally suited to folks moving to the area who want temporary accommodation, contract workers, visiting DHB staff, people getting major renovations done or a new home built etc

You just need to bring a suitcase.

All bills are included. (Up to certain reasonable limitations).

The two bedroom, one bathroom unit is the downstairs part of a two storey building in a friendly neighborhood.

The unit is independent of the main house with it's own entrance.

There is a fully fenced garden (but no gardening) and the friendly owners (upstairs) share the many fruit and veg from their edible garden.

Warm and dry with a heatpump, double glazing, dvs – ventilation.
