If a tenant has left or if they are no longer proceeding as a tenant on your tenancy, they can be removed from the tenancy by following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to your chosen tenancy
Step 2: Go to the People page of the tenancy.
Step 3: Go to the Tenant you want to remove and select the bin icon which is located next to Edit.
Step 4: Confirm by selecting Remove Tenant if you wish to proceed with permanently removing them from the tenancy.
