How to change your rent statement start date

You can change the day that you will start keeping track of all rent transactions on myRent by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go into your chosen tenancy

Step 2: Go to Settings

Step 3: Go to Rent settings

Step 4: Select Conversion date

Step 5: Enter your new Rent statement start date and select Preview

(Note: You can also use a past date as your conversion date provided you’re able to enter all rent payments that have taken place).

Step 6: If you're happy with the preview, select Save

(Note: Payment history from before the conversion date will be visible for new tenancies but will not appear for existing tenancies).
