If you would like to change your rent collection method from DIY rent collection to Hands-free, simply follow these steps:
Step 1: go to your chosen Tenancy
Step 2: go to the Settings page
Step 3: select Rent Settings
Step 4: select Rent collection method
Step 5: select Use Hands-Free Rent Collection and press next
Making this change will generate a notification that advises your tenants of the change and provides them with the new payment details to use.
Both the landlord and tenants can find their current payment details on the rents page of your tenancy under View payment instructions
