Step 1: Go to your chosen tenancy
Step 2: Go to the Bonds page
Step 3: Select Upload existing bond forms
Step 4: If you already have a bond lodgement form to upload, select Upload otherwise you can click on the blue bond lodgement form link to download a template. There is the option to create this on our platform by following the instructions here: https://www.myrent.co.nz/create-bond-lodgement-form
Step 5: Select Browse to search for your file and select Upload
Step 6: If this needs to be signed you can indicate who needs to sign it (it’s important to note that the e-signing feature isn’t available for documents not created on our platform so these just need to be manually signed and then the signed from needs to be uploaded) Press Upload to upload your form.
