They are designed to follow physical property inspections room by room, item by item, with possibility to add notes and comments. myRent’s inspection reports highlight each room in the property and allow landlords and tenants to record the condition of all fixtures and fittings. Anything broken or worn can be easily noted down and used as a point reference to avoid potential future disputes.
