This property is an avocado orchard, plus other feijoas and citrus trees. The avocados are harvested once a year, plus a couple of sprays throughout the year which are far enough away from your house.

Owners live in the main house on this property with school aged children. This is a QUIET, private and respectful place.

Our current tenant has a hunting dog - we are open to discussing pets e.g. cat, an outside dog may be suitable. For example a cat: MUST be friendly around children if our kids were playing on the property and the animal was around.
