If you haven’t already, you can opt your tenancy in to hands free rent collection which is an extra $12 + GST per tenancy per month by following the steps here
From there, your tenants can use the payment details assigned to them to make direct payment to myRent. The unique payment instructions and references for your tenants can be found under View payment instructions on the rents page of your tenancy.
As part of hands free rent collection, there is also the option for tenants to pay by credit or debit card which is an option they can access through the rents page of the tenancy.
