You can easily schedule open homes for your listing and send updates to your potential applicants. Your open homes are visible on your listing and our partner sites. Prospective tenants can view your planned open homes, introduce themselves and confirm their attendance by RSVP'ing.
You can schedule an open home by following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to your listing from your dashboard
Step 2: Click on Open homes & viewings
Step 3: Select + Add open home
Step 4: Add the details of the open home including selecting whether RSVPs are required, if you want to notify tenants in your inbox and shortlist of your open home and click Save
You can delete an open home by following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to your chosen listing from your dashboard
Step 2: Click on Open homes & viewings
Step 3: Click on the open home you want to delete
Step 4: Click on Edit next to the open home
Step 5: Click on Cancel viewing
If any tenants have rsvp’d cancelling the open home won’t cancel their rsvp so you would just need to message any rsvp’s directly if you no longer wish to proceed with their open home visit
If you’re intending to only show your property to selected tenants then the best option is to arrange private viewings.
