We keep track of your tenancies and send you a friendly reminder 35 days in advance of the fixed term expiring. We will work you through possible options of renewing the tenancy, going periodic or terminating. If you decide to serve a termination notice, we will guide you through the process to make sure you stay compliant with NZ tenancy law.
